From my first position as an engineer to my "last" as a corporate planner, I have always been only interested in doing work that I love and that fits my desired lifestyle.  My years in the training field and business planning have served me well to make the next step to starting my own coaching and consulting practice.  Personal coaching lets me take advantage of all of the resources, talents, strengths and abilities I have acquired over the years.  But, most importantly, it allows me to live my life's purpose, which is to help others to be inspired by the lives that they lead.

My background includes 20 years experience in management, business planning and corporate training.  After earning a BS degree in Physics from Georgetown University, I graduated summa cum laude with a MBA, specializing in organizational development.  Over the years, I have worked with senior management to develop strategic and tactical plans and design/facilitate business planning sessions.  My work as a planner has given me a wealth of tools to help my clients in their life planning exercises and personal goal setting.

I also have extensive experience in corporate training, which makes leading seminars a joy for me.  I have led and designed sessions ranging from technical topics to life balance.  I also have had the unique opportunity to train the shuttle astronauts at the Johnson Space Center in Houston.

Now I use my varied expertise as a seminar leader and life coach.  With these I have truly found my life's calling.  It is my pleasure to help my clients to create a life that works for them.  I continue to participate in cutting edge business and personal training, which prove invaluable to my clients.  I also have my own coach.  I love how she believes in me; the more she believes in me, the more I believe in myself.  And, it is that inspiration that I work to provide for my clients.

Most importantly, I really care about people.  My passion is to see my clients accomplish more than they thought they were capable of and to have lives that they believed were not possible.  It is a great privilege and honor to witness their dreams come true.
